Question:

I am currently in therapy and have been working on issues related to past childhood sexual abuse. Do you have any CDs that you narrate to address positive sexuality, relaxation during partner sex, and/or any CDs that address sexual and emotional intimacy? If you don't personally narrate any - do you have recommendations as to what might be a good imagery CD to purchase that addresses these areas? Thanks so much for your direction - your CDs have been so valuable to my progress and healing. Serena

I myself haven’t made such a CD (although I may in the future, being as how we’ve been getting so many requests for it, as you can see from this week’s update letter, but Peter Levine’s Sexual Healing addresses healing early childhood sexual abuse very sensitively; and Emmett Miller and his terrific wife, Sandy, have created a lovely, gentle recording called Sexual Intimacy, which promotes a more enjoyable sexual and emotional connection between partners. I’m very happy to recommend both of these audio titles.
