Question:

I did a guided imagery this morning with my LCSW [Licensed Clinical Social Worker] from one of your books. It took me to a special place and I saw a "remarkable being" that gave off a soft but bright glow. Which of your CD's has a guided imagery like that? She said in the book it was called "Spiritual Guide Imagery" but I can't find a CD that says that. Is the Healthful Sleep anything like that?

Dear John,

It's in my first book, Staying Well with Guided Imagery. This particular guided meditation hasn't been recorded commercially. The closest thing might be in the Unlocking Intuition CD set, on the track entitled, Receiving Answers as a Gift. Healthful Sleep is here. Lately we’ve gotten several requests for this particular guided imagery narrative. If there’s enough interest in it, I’ll record it. Please don’t hold back with your suggestions for future titles!

Yes, I would be interested in something spiritual related. I would like it so that you could apply your beliefs to what is being said.

This type of imagery recording is one I think we all could benefit from, being able to connect with that inner guide who knows us so well. This might be one I would listen to everyday.

This would be great...spending time in the comforting, re-energizing presence of Love Itself. It would be nice include at the outset an image of bringing your daily cares to this space, whatever they may be, then seeing them enlivened and transformed by Love. Finally, simply basking in its glow to bouy you for whatever is next would be wonderful. If it could be used by groups -- even better!

i have spent alot of time with "Unlocking Intuition"; have had some very deep and healing experiences with the exercises there; and some profound spiritual insights as well.
i love this CD, and would love to have more visualisations that take me further and closer to my guides..

Yes, I would be interested in a guided imagery like this as well, I think guided imagery on stresss busters and weightloss. where one could listen while walking or driving would be valuable as well

I would also like to have another spiritual imagery CD, but I would suggest creating one that has a completely different basic setting...not the beach or woods, etc. that is on so many other ones. Could you come up with something completely different...perhaps based on colors seen when we close our eyes...something so open-ended that the person is able to go anywhere or nowhere, and still be in the presence of a spiritual guide.

I use your CDs a lot and some of the settings are repetitive when used frequently.

I will buy a CD with visualization of connecting with Spiritual Guide. I also like the comment by one writer of having the place you connect with the guide be more open-ended. Perhaps having listener visualize a place that is very special to the person, or that they consider safe. Thanks you!
