Imagery Calms Woman with Breast Cancer

“Just a comment... used your cancer/surgery cds for my breast cancer…. such a godsend. Was very upset and frightened… can’t even describe… cds settled me down… got me through. Thank you, thank you. If someone told me it would help, would never have believed them… got from being terrorized to calm in no time. Amazing…. Thank you for what you do…. gave them to my hospital when finished with them…. Please post this.”

I got the surgery CD and listened to it prior to surgery and the morning of. Had to chuckle when it said to relax during the prep time when I was in the middle of a mammagram for J wire placement. Got back to the preop area and was so relaxed that when they said they were going to give me something to "relax" it made no difference at all. I was already there without any drugs! Can you OD on the tapes and relax too much?

Surgery went well but still waiting for results. Expect nothing but good news!

I have recommended the CD for everyone going into surgery. I woke up very calm and I was happy to find my stomach was settled just as my affirmation stated despite a 4 hour anesthesia emergency that caused a reinduction and many additional drugs. I really feel that this CD empowers the listener.
