Brian,
So sorry about your wife. Our Ease Grief might be a help, especially if you responded well to other imagery. Wishing you all best during this tough time.

I'm a disabled vetrean of Brruit hostage rescue attempt in 1984 I recieve a bullet in my lower back. I also have P.T.S.D. real bad. The Va. Hospital had given me one of your P.T.S.D. tapes and it has helped after I lost most of my friends from over their. Now in 2009 I had lost my wife of 20 years, and I seem to be going through the same thing. I would like to know if you have any other c.d.'s about the same thing. - Mr. Brian Witkus

I also have an allergy trigger for my migraines - marine layer (L.A.), clouds, or barometric pressure also seem to come into play. In addition, I have exercise migraines; I suspect the sun/light, hydration and blood sugar all affect these. Great article, nice to see it all simply summarized. - Laura McGraw

Thanks for the article. And please let me mention a trigger which is near and dear to my own little heart-----ALLERGIES(LOL:).I have suffered from severe headaches all my adult life.Only recently were they correctly identified, not as sinus headaches, but migraines with an allergy trigger! My allergist says allergy sufferers are about 14 times more likely to suffer from migraines than those without allergies. There are times for me when literally one whiff of,say house dust equals 1 migraine. Thanks again and good lookin' out! - Randy Turner
