Her voice and imagery work so well for me and for so many other people I know who have anxiety, depression, and grief. I do have Asthma but don't have this program; I'm going to get it, certainly. And, sadly, my Mother is dying from COPD and emphysema, so she'll (we'll) need this too. This is such a good thing to know about; I'm truly grateful.
