During those years I used the guided imagery for lupus/rheumatoid arthritis and found it to be just PERFECT for an autoimmune disease. From a patient's perspective, I would not use a fighter-cell imagery for an autoimmune disease -- just the idea makes me feel anxious -- but the imagery in the lupus tape was very, very powerful for me.
