One of the new practitioners we’re featuring in it is a fantastic teacher of Buddhist meditation, the awesome Bodhipaska. (Don’t be fooled by the exotic, Eastern name; the guy has a fantastic Scottish accent.)
He has a beautiful, warm way of leading his deep and powerful meditations, and I encourage you to give this work a try. We’re carrying his Meditations for Busy People, nine superb guided exercises averaging about 8 minutes apiece, as well as Guided Meditations for Calmness, Awareness & Love, three 20-minute exercises for mindfulness meditation, loving kindness meditation and walking meditation; and Guided Meditations for Stress Reduction , two half-hour meditations for creating deep peace and inner calm. One is better than the next. Check ‘em out if you can.
